Marulk is a classic power trio with attitude,melodies and a heavy groove.
Marulk finds inspiration from classic bands as Jimi Hendrix, Grand Funk Railroad, Black Sabbath and Captain Beyond as well as more modern acts like Colour Haze, Los Natas, Brant Bjork and Clutch.
The band was formed in april 2007 when three musicians with various degrees
of disillusionment with previous bands and the general state of heavy music, met and jammed. Inspiration and love of playing was discovered, and combined with a hard work ethos Marulk started to pick up momentum.
Since then Marulk has released the EP All the Kings Men, played live in Sweden, Germany and Denmark and massively expanded their fanbase and online network.
Today Marulk is a fast-moving creative force and a hard working live unit, working relentlessly to bring you a classic rock'n'roll show!
